Orders that include more than 1 item are assigned processing periods for each item.

Prior to shipping, we check the item thoroughly. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. Expected delivery times are between 3 and 7 days.

Returns

Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us, since we have multiple entities, including the factory and the storage. The levels of stock can change at any moment. Be aware that your order could be unable to fill once you've placed your order.

Our policy lasts for thirty days. If thirty days have passed after you bought your item, we will not be able to offer you a return or exchange.

In order to be eligible for a return your product must be unopened and in the same state that you received it. It should also remain in the original packaging.
